2 men charged

Two men aged 18 and 19 have been charged in connection with an incident where a car covered in graffiti was set alight at a busy traffic junction in Hartlepool.

The vehicle was burnt out at the junction of Catcote Road and Oxford Road at 12:30pm on Tuesday 21 April.

The 19-year-old was charged with affray and possession of a bladed article, and the 18-year-old man charged with affray.
